Pros
Work-life balance good. Benefits while still under Dell are excellent. Internet stipend each month. Still receive Dell holidays off until Dec 2017.
Cons
Cutting 401k from 5% to 3% next year. No raises, no bonuses and no promotions; must use personal cell for work. It's no longer a career, just another full-time job. Extremely sad to no longer work for a great company as Dell.
