Pros

- nice playground area for the employees;

Cons

- the CEO is like a god in person that you have to venerate, and if you dare to speak your mind about him, company or upper management, you'll receive a warning for that; - the outside image is distorted by the aggressive marketing policy, therefore be careful and don't setup expectations based on the exterior image or you can be disappointed; - regarding the embedded area, there is manly outsourcing work, where I faced allot of pressure to "make the client happy" and nothing more; - regarding the management, I've spotted allot of compromises like people with no experience were advanced as managers and the results were disastrous; - allot of accounting "mistakes" about the sallary and benefits but all in the employee disadvantage; - the company promote itself like an innovative one, but everyone inside knows that the responsibilities.

Pros

I have worked with NTT DATA as a government IT and project management consultant since 2018, starting with Cognosante before the acquisition. My experience has been very positive. I have had the autonomy to focus on the success of my team and my client, while also having the support of a large, high-performing organization. There are real opportunities for growth, strong training resources, and leaders who genuinely care about employees, clients, and the communities they serve. I have also been promoted during my time here, which reflects the company’s commitment to recognizing and developing talent.

Cons

As with many large organizations, processes and systems and can sometimes take time to navigate, especially during periods of growth or transition. Continued focus on communication and simplifying internal processes would make the employee experience even stronger.
