      Pros

      There are some really awesome people working at Dimension Data. I know for a fact that I’m better for having known them.

      Cons

      The motto is keep the customer at the core of all you do, which is very hard to do in an organization that doesn’t have policies and procedures in effect to allow you to even attempt keeping them at the core!!

      Pros

      Had unlimited vacation time, got more pay for working certain shifts and a premium for working in the data center

      Cons

      Poor Management and lay offs were pretty bad when I was working there. Also trying to get rid of all of their work force in USA
