      remote work policy. talented co workers

      Benefits are below average for a company this size. Huge increase in health benefit costs to employees this year. few options. All high deductible plans. weak 401k match. poor communication from C level. and managers below them are afraid to say anything. Emphasis on off shoring. morale is very bad

      Had unlimited vacation time, got more pay for working certain shifts and a premium for working in the data center

      Cons

      Poor Management and lay offs were pretty bad when I was working there. Also trying to get rid of all of their work force in USA
