      Pros

      They have a lot of very smart people working for them and are trying to be an innovative IT sourcing firm.

      Cons

      They do not treat their employees well. They took Senior Executives and made them billable after they bought DELL Services. They also cut all DELL employee benefits.

      It's so big and so many different business units it's sometimes hard to get everyone on the same page.

      Pros

      Had unlimited vacation time, got more pay for working certain shifts and a premium for working in the data center

      Cons

      Poor Management and lay offs were pretty bad when I was working there. Also trying to get rid of all of their work force in USA
