      Good to join as a fresher If you have good relation with manager you will get benefits

      Cons

      Laterals will have tough time Salary hikes entirely depends on your managers mood. No proper appraisal system Role performed and your designation are no where related.

      Had unlimited vacation time, got more pay for working certain shifts and a premium for working in the data center

      Cons

      Poor Management and lay offs were pretty bad when I was working there. Also trying to get rid of all of their work force in USA
