Pros
Work is good and provides you the opportunity to learn if you get a good project.
Cons
All management are not good. Pay is nothing next to what other are offering in the industry. You won't be recognized in this huge organization. Your bonus officially depends on your performance but actually it depends on the budget and you hardly get it. No onsite opportunity. Projects are decreasing in the organization and resources are being fired. Team size is shrinking to portray to client that we work efficiently with less resources. In reality they cannot afford resources. The organization is so big and is organized in such a way that you will feel lost. Work life balance is OK. But there are no events held to increase employees enthusiasm. No family meets. No team or office party. No offsites. No company celebration. The only party one can have is by contributing his own money and going to lunch.
