      Pros

      salary, Medical benefits, vacation, depending on the client you coworkers will be good. education reimbursement.

      Cons

      HR department sleeps all the time. Client side manager will be more responsive than NTT delivery manager. No support structure. Silos of small consulting companies which think they own their account. Wont work here more than a year.

      Had unlimited vacation time, got more pay for working certain shifts and a premium for working in the data center

      Cons

      Poor Management and lay offs were pretty bad when I was working there. Also trying to get rid of all of their work force in USA
