      Pros

      Decent pay, benefits could be better.

      Cons

      They think they are IBM or Accenture but don't encourage employees to continue education. Every other company offers tuition reimbursement for advanced degrees and the evidence shows this pay dividends on the bottom line just ask Google, Apple, GE etc. Not to mention the company can write it off

      Loved working here until they sold our dovision.

      They sold our division. Always planned to spend my career here.

      Pros

      Had unlimited vacation time, got more pay for working certain shifts and a premium for working in the data center

      Cons

      Poor Management and lay offs were pretty bad when I was working there. Also trying to get rid of all of their work force in USA
