- HR is difficult to work with (Oracle - PeopleSoft) and all overseas workers in India. - No effort for a positive change in client relationships. - No interest in improving daily workflows. - Management is disconnected from workers. - Same work day-in, day-out. Not challenging, nor changing. - No love for the work performed; everyone is apathetic with their job. - Many of the employees who were outsourced by NTT DATA are still working there, but disgruntled and are just impossible to work with on a daily basis. Cooperation falls flat on its face.
