      Pros

      The company is good to start off your career as a fresher.

      Cons

      The growth is stagnant as you gain more experience. The compensation given to laterals is way too high when compared to that of employees who stick to the company. There is an onsite rotational policy just for namesake. In terms of recognition, there is just a one time award or employee incentive. There are no hikes or pay-scale revision based on the appraisal.

      Had unlimited vacation time, got more pay for working certain shifts and a premium for working in the data center

      Cons

      Poor Management and lay offs were pretty bad when I was working there. Also trying to get rid of all of their work force in USA
