Pros
Lots of opportunity to work hard for the company in order for them to bill clients and perhaps even get recognized for it on occasion. Management is too distant to really have a sense of the business on a day to day basis.
Cons
Insufficient knowledge of what is going on with the company. Communication is not terrible and is frequent but could be improved. Very little sense of company pride or community, though some people have tried.
