Pros

Good for learning how a large company works, and get the hang of corporation stile of work. Also good if you are obedient, and don't strive for more.

Cons

The clients are always right, you re not going to have a winning cause when having problems with them, and the bad feedback resulting from having an argue with them will have your salary stall (it does not matter if the client is a wrong). They just don't care about their employees. The advancements opportunities are null. Technical wise... imagine that if most of the old tech guru's went to different companies for a better salary and advancement opportunities... they have what's left. So don't expect to advance your knowledge after a certain level. I don't recommend them. Only if you are a beginner and don't have any other choice.

Pros

I have worked with NTT DATA as a government IT and project management consultant since 2018, starting with Cognosante before the acquisition. My experience has been very positive. I have had the autonomy to focus on the success of my team and my client, while also having the support of a large, high-performing organization. There are real opportunities for growth, strong training resources, and leaders who genuinely care about employees, clients, and the communities they serve. I have also been promoted during my time here, which reflects the company’s commitment to recognizing and developing talent.

Cons

As with many large organizations, processes and systems and can sometimes take time to navigate, especially during periods of growth or transition. Continued focus on communication and simplifying internal processes would make the employee experience even stronger.
