      Company is willingly to pay what you are worth if you can negotiate your ways to it.

      Cons

      They look at you like a number. They will not provide you with training. Not a good company to start your career.

      Pros

      Had unlimited vacation time, got more pay for working certain shifts and a premium for working in the data center

      Cons

      Poor Management and lay offs were pretty bad when I was working there. Also trying to get rid of all of their work force in USA
