Pros

- Brand recognition, many clients love DD regardless of any previous bad experiences - Even the biggest vendors will bend over backwards with leads and special pricing. - Lots of Project Management and Tech resources available - Minimal sales management, how you hit your number is up to you - DD specialize in selling the same solution to many clients so well rehearsed pre-sales.

Cons

- Brand recognition, many clients hate DD due to previous bad experiences - EOM,EOQ & EOFY at DD is the craziest thing I've ever seen. - It's all about quota achievement anyone not on budget is on "skid row" and is out the door - Low pay and high workloads results in high burnout rate among tech team. - No oversight on processes, new admin tasks are added overnight zapping productivity. - Most of the management have been there since the 1990's and it shows

Pros

I have worked with NTT DATA as a government IT and project management consultant since 2018, starting with Cognosante before the acquisition. My experience has been very positive. I have had the autonomy to focus on the success of my team and my client, while also having the support of a large, high-performing organization. There are real opportunities for growth, strong training resources, and leaders who genuinely care about employees, clients, and the communities they serve. I have also been promoted during my time here, which reflects the company’s commitment to recognizing and developing talent.

Cons

As with many large organizations, processes and systems and can sometimes take time to navigate, especially during periods of growth or transition. Continued focus on communication and simplifying internal processes would make the employee experience even stronger.
