Pros
Competitive pay and bonus ranges, they hire at or above most other DCs in my area 2-2-3 Working schedule with built in OT Work life balance is fantastic, typically few call outs unless planned shift coverage. Shift differential for day shift (If you are on 12 hr shifts) and night shift Lots of lateral or upward mobility. Plenty of employees move between departments and/or are internally promoted. Constantly expanding and gaining new clients so plenty of opportunities. Several different employee resource groups with regular meetings and events plus leadership is very involved in the growth of these groups.
Cons
Upper leadership is disconnected from ground level workers. Lots of repeat complaints by employees that aren't addressed properly and leadership often seems dismissive/apathetic to these issues. Leadership seems to put financial priorities in the wrong places. ie spending several million on face lifts for buildings for looks rather than investing more into quality of life for employees. Lack of standardization across the company. The company has grown fast and absorbed other companies, leading to policy/training/onboarding issues across the company. These issues are slowly being addressed, but not fast enough for the surge in new positions. Lots of bloating/overlap in software/apps and improper SSO leads to a lot of repeat work and needing to log in/2FA several times a day just to put the same information in 3 different places.
