      Leadership is great and willing to invest in training you! Everyone is super welcoming and the work environment is overall positive.

      This is a start up. It is not for everyone. It moves FAST. It may not be the type of environment everyone works well in.

      however your creative input may not strike through mgmt, now that it's complex / merged up i'm sure it's even less so
