      Pros

      You receive compensation and insurance. If you are interested in streetwear brands and sneakers, you get some interesting exposure to that.

      Cons

      Almost all engineering staff have left since leadership was replaced a few months back. New leadership does not listen well to critique or advice and it has turned the culture sour from the top down.

      fun projects most of the time

      Cons

      however your creative input may not strike through mgmt, now that it's complex / merged up i'm sure it's even less so
