Lots of latitude to do the work the way you want. Very innovative and fast moving. Exciting new projects and always invest in having the best highest standards when it comes products.

Cons

Culture is lacking a bit and is very traditional. Has improved in the past 4 years so they are now more open.

There are some cool people, but they usually don't stay around long

Cons

Low pay, micromanaged, your last name is a key indicator of what your success will be in the company. Salaried employees are tracked like hourly employees. They've been sued multiple times for not disclosing the amount of lead in their supplements. There's this old guy who just walks around the office and stands way to close to all the women. Everything every other review says it spot on perfect.
