      Pros

      - Great for entrepreneurial types - Highly impactful projects - Very engaged and passionate staff who are committed to providing excellent designs and service

      Cons

      -Expect to be working on multiple projects (not ideal if you prefer to work on 1 large project for a very long period of time( -Firm encourages growth both company-wide, and for each employee. If you are not the type who wants to grow steadily, learn new things, and take on new challenges then this might not be the best fit. -If you don't like collaborating with other work disciplines, and prefer to work alone, this firm will not be the best fit.

      Pros

      The office staff cares about employees, the staff is very caring about eachother, lots of after-work activities, good and honest work, managers are attentive to needs, and there are plenty of opportunities to move up the ladder.

      Cons

      Sometimes I'd rather be at work than at home.

      Pros

      Work from home freedom Boss is very communicative

      Cons

      They rely on ghost writing too much instead of having the inspectors write their own reports. They hire very very poor subcontractors to do inspections that give very bad info and take poor photos. No breaks from one report to the other. The report review also needs help... lots of errors in prior reports. Constantly overloaded fixing everyone's mistakes. Lazy coworkers. Lots of late late nights working.
