Many experienced people that have many connections for jobs.

They have lost too many great managers over the last ten years, some of the best in the business. This has always been the problem with NVI. If you are not family or friends of family you don't stand a chance. And as a man I can say, women managers are dismissed by the upper management. They have lost very good ones because of that.
