Pros

There are interesting and challenging tasks, and most of the time is working with brilliant coworkers, it's a quite good place if you plan to polish you tech capabilities further.

Cons

Sometimes the workload is a little high for an individual engineer, and for one to ramp up, most of the time you have to learn by yourself, so it's all depends on your ability to learn.

Pros

Great leadership. Jensen is the best CEO by a mile (I've worked under some of the greatest), Very high caliber people throughout. Very agile for a large company. Upper management REALLY cares about the employees to a level I have not seen at other companies. NVIDIA works on a wide variety of topics, lots of opportunity within the company.

Cons

A lot of employees are pretty stressed out since many groups are spread thin and expectations are high.

Pros

NVIDIA's PTO and Sick policies are compassionate and generous. Managers listen to employees' ideas. Employees get to work on a wider variety of projects than expected, and usually work closely with other teams to get things done. Collaboration is tight almost all of the time.

Cons

Employees don't always get insight into why they were assigned a particular project, or have much if any choice about what projects they get to work on. Managers are often too busy working on projects themselves to have the free time to meet with employees on a regular basis. This leads to short-term, reactive thinking rather than long-term visionary thinking.
