Pros

Great Medical and Dental benefits

Cons

Micromanaged, Builder Controls Sr Management. Sr Management doesn't know how to do the job but micromanages to get the work done and doesn't have your back. Stay away. Poor employee morale. Nobody stays long once they realize what is going on. Underwriting doesn't have a clue. Processors are overworked and not allowed OT. Mandatory training is in Virginia for 4 days and you have to go several times a year as a new hire.

Pros

The Charleston Division is an incredible group of professionals. NVR/Ryan Homes might be a large home builder, but here, you will feel like you are part of a family. The training is the best I've ever experienced. You will be supported in every way, as long as you are communicative and transparent with management. In turn, you will be expected to show up, conduct yourself in a professional manner at all times, and work hard. Your training will prepare you for success, and you will need to use what you learned. It works! You get one weekend off each month, which I never had with other builders. Sadly, I had to leave due to a move, and a position was not open in my new area so I could transfer.

Cons

I can't think of any

Pros

Good commission structure with early payouts, qualify hoe, solid benefits, and a professional sales environment. Training and system were well organized.

Cons

Lead volume was inconsistent and often too light to generate a sustainable income. Pricing and market positioning made it difficult to compete in my area, resulting in fewer opportunities than expected. Success depended heavily on market conditions and traffic.
