The training is the best I've ever experienced. You will be supported in every way, as long as you are communicative and transparent with management. In turn, you will be expected to show up, conduct yourself in a professional manner at all times, and work hard. Your training will prepare you for success, and you will need to use what you learned. It works! You get one weekend off each month, which I never had with other builders. Sadly, I had to leave due to a move, and a position was not open in my new area so I could transfer.
