Pros
Grown at a stable environment. Peaceful and friendly. Salary is quiet good for a new comer. Colleges are senior, so you can always have somebody to guide.
Cons
Too stable. It's a good choice for ppl want to stay comfortable, but not for people seeking for a challenge. A lot of things are changing but quite a portion are playing with the same thing. Limited space for salary increasing.
