Pros
Training possibilities. Management communication sessions are clear and thorough. Technically sound way of working, because quality is the main driver.
Cons
A lot of meetings tend to keep people from the actual work, if one is not keen on that. Since the time that Philips is no longer involved in the company, the company has become much smaller. A lot of useful central departments, like the library have dissapeared.
