Pros
Good pay and benefits, good middle management. Great place to start your career and gain experience.
Cons
Unstable upper management seems to be out for themselves. They enjoy extra bonuses while telling everyone else why they have to tighten their belts. Hard to make it to retirement without getting eliminated. Best be looking for another place by the time you're in your mid-40's and still employable, or be able to retire before age 59.
