Pros
Keep in mind that I am a Randstad contractor that works at NXP, all my pay and benefits is managed by Randstad so I will not comment on those items. Lots of great people at this factory and lots of room to grow if you are willing to keep learning and keep busy throughout your shift. Always pitch in to help others and verify that work is being done correctly in your area.
Cons
Hard floors and long 12 hour shifts, however that means you get 3-4 days off each week to rest!
