In general, good ambient. Opportunity to work with high end technologies. Opportunity to work with people all over the world.
Cons
Salaries are very low compared to the other companies in the industry. Few opportunities for growing, specially in France, because everything is so static. Bad communication and divisions operate in silos because the things happen in the headquarters in Eindhoven.
