      I wish I can say this but the cons outweighs the pros

      Cons

      People(technicians & senior engineers) can be very aggressive and bullies. or straight up neglective/just won't train you on the job until you escalate to management or higher management because you made a mistake that should be easy to be avoided if they trained you.
