Pros
The team at New York State Solar is incredibly supportive and their attention to detail and patience with teaching me everything has been one of my favorite parts. Its important to management to spread as much knowledge as possible, and that makes me more confident in doing my job. They even have paid time for community outreach work. Another pro is, there's a ping pong table!
Cons
Its tough to call it a con, but working on Saturday takes a weekend day away, but on the bright side it's often the most productive day we have & we're out early compared to other days.
