      I've been highly impressed by the CEO's integrity and fair treatment of everyone from customers to other employees. I have compete faith that in any situation he will do the fair thing.

      Cons

      Sales work does involve evening hours, not a con for me but for some people it could be.

      This company has a great culture, strong teamwork, and incredible managers who truly take the time to properly train and support you in your role. There are plenty of opportunities for growth within the company, and they do a great job recognizing and celebrating team successes. Overall, it’s a positive and motivating work environment to be a part of.

      More remote work options would be a great addition for employees seeking greater flexibility and work-life balance.
