      Potentially made good money, educate the public on a state program, laid back, everyone is friendly

      Cons

      No one will tell you how poorly you are doing, you will always hear the that you are doing great. Owner of the company will just change the terms of employment at a whim. You are just a number as I've been told. Don't be part time.

      This company has a great culture, strong teamwork, and incredible managers who truly take the time to properly train and support you in your role. There are plenty of opportunities for growth within the company, and they do a great job recognizing and celebrating team successes. Overall, it’s a positive and motivating work environment to be a part of.

      More remote work options would be a great addition for employees seeking greater flexibility and work-life balance.
