This is a collective effort that rewards the ebbs and flows of self-motivation. You get to work with knowledgeable people. If you are a knowledge-seeker that asks a lot of questions then you can learn a lot. There is a constant effort to improve the occupation and constructive criticism is always welcomed. Never a dull day.
Cons
Minüte details of the program are not immediately transparent. Repetitive information after basic training. Very rarely are trends of the solar industry and technical information ever expanded upon. More transparency is needed.
