      Pros

      You get out what you put in with a commission structure designed to reward performance. 100k+ compensation is very achievable. The money plays second second place to the culture. I've never felt more welcomed to be there and ive never felt so sad to leave. It was the experience of a lifetime that left me with lessons in success that will carry me forward into a brilliant future.

      Cons

      Despite having a ping pong table in the ronkonkoma office, the competition was mostly in the nassau office so i had to travel for a real game.

      This company has a great culture, strong teamwork, and incredible managers who truly take the time to properly train and support you in your role. There are plenty of opportunities for growth within the company, and they do a great job recognizing and celebrating team successes. Overall, it’s a positive and motivating work environment to be a part of.

      More remote work options would be a great addition for employees seeking greater flexibility and work-life balance.
