Pros

At NYU Langone Health, you genuinely feel like you're part of something bigger. No matter your role, everyone is working toward the same mission: delivering exceptional patient care. That shared purpose creates a strong sense of community and pride in the work we do. Major pros: -Benefits: NYU Langone makes sure employees are well taken care of. The benefits are top-tier and thoughtfully designed to support both you and your family - from health coverage to wellness resources and retirement plans. -Career Opportunities: Growth is a priority here. There’s a real focus on internal mobility, and leadership actively looks within to help team members advance and evolve in their careers. -Leadership: Leadership communicates regularly and transparently. We’re kept in the loop on wins, challenges, and areas for improvement. -Work/Life Balance: Everyone works very hard here, but there’s also a strong culture of support when it comes to taking time off. The generous PTO and team flexibility make it possible to recharge when you need it. I’d absolutely recommend NYU Langone Health to anyone looking to build a career where you can grow, feel supported, and thrive - both personally and professionally.

Cons

I've only had positive experiences at NYU Langone Health and genuinely hope to continue growing here for many years to come. I don’t have any cons to share - it’s been a great place to work.
