Pros

Some coworkers are great to work with.

Cons

Human Resources if very outdated and an unhealthy environment. There is no recruiting just paperwork. Senior leadership really needs to reevaluate the "recruiting structure", since there really isn't any. If you like working 20 hours a day and working in fear this job is for you.

Leadership is constantly evaluating our processes and procedures and providing the necessary resources to make needed enhancements. Our recruiting structure has taken on a new innovative way of recruiting as each recruiting team supports a specific mission area, with a specified sourcing component comprised of onsite and offsite sourcing support. Our Talent Acquisition team utilizes state of the art recruiting and sourcing tools, such as a Candidate Relationship Management tool, Pre Hire Behavioral Assessments and an automated preboarding system. Pros

Great pay and benefits. Managers have been pleasant.

Cons

I don’t think it’s that bad of a con but to receive tuition reimbursement for nursing you were required to work full-time which was challenging.
