Terrible Place - Financial Analyst NYU Langone Health Employee Review

Politics, horrible management, horrible systems,depressing. Perhaps things are better in other sections of NYU but at NYU Langone, its such a depressing place to work. It sucks every piece of life out of you. I realize that the high salary is used to compensate for areas that they are lacking. You are not appreciated as an employee or as a human being. You are seen as just a number that is expected to produce. Work is given to me that is beyond what any normal person can accomplish and it's expected to be completed. The Moral is lower than anywhere i have ever worked and the stress level is beyond anywhere i have ever worked. When interviewing, observe your surroundings, do the people look happy? do they look sociable? do they look motivated? evaluate as much as you can to avoid making a huge mistake.
