Compensation models are indeed changing very fast (I assume you are talking about India, because that is where they are changing fast). There are huge changes in compensation across the software industry in India due to unfavorable exchange rates. Look at the broader picture. Nagarro is committed to being among the best paymasters even in a tighter industry context. We thought that means even more personalization of compensation, so we are using a lot more data and analysis than ever before. At the moment, the result of this ML-style analysis hasn't been packaged into simple explanations for each person. This is something we can indeed do better. Oldies are goldies :-) I'm one of them.
