Dear colleague, your concern about raises is noted. We are a very small operator in a much larger industry and our salaries are tied (more and more analytically) to industry benchmarks. Last year was a year of upheaval and change in compensation strategy for every major company in our industry but I can assure you Nagarro’s annual raises were still among the best. I am surprised that you spelled “nagarro” wrong - it’s not “naggaro”. Do you really work here? :-) I’m always wary of competitors poisoning Glassdoor with fake reviews, and sometimes they leave telltale times like spelling the company name wrong :-) Best regards, Manas
