Pros

Overall Nagarro is a good company. But being a service based company, culture and environment is very team specific.

Cons

I worked at Nagarro for 4 years as Technical Recruiter in HR hiring Department. Nagarro might be good for Software Engineers or Business Analysts, but HR people especially Hiring team have no life there. You have to go to office every Saturday, no matter whether thats required or not, plus you don't get any sort of compensatory leaves. On Monday, you will be yelled at in the worst possible manner. I know my female colleagues including me cried in the washroom, just because our boss castigated us in front of the whole team even when We had no fault of our own. My professional as well as personal life suffered and it felt like hell every single day. Finally I left the company and that has been one of very good decisions in my life. Now I work with another MNC and I am very happy and am able to strike a good balance between my personal and professional life. PS: Especially if you are a female and want to join Nagarro Hiring Team, I would seriously urge you to re-consider, for your own sake.

Oh, I am really sorry to read this. I can’t believe I missed this till now. I know the pressure in Hiring has been massive over the last year. We are hiring at a rate higher than we have ever seen before... even twice what we have ever seen before. But that doesn’t excuse other issues you mention. Apologies for what you went through and we’ll try to follow up at our end.

Pros

Very flexible and good for work/life balance. Insurance is fully paid for by the company and doesn’t come out of your check which is a pro.

Cons

For this position, your employment only goes as far as billable hours go. If they are running low on projects, they will give you a 2 weeks notice to look for a project within the company and HR claims they will help you, but in my experience they did not.
