Company to work for if values are important to you - Software Architect Nagarro Employee Review

I have worked with Nagarro for almost 7.5 years. It's been full of challenges and excitement. In my 12 years of industry experience working with around 5 different organizations, I think this is the only company where I was allowed to work with full autonomy and take all my decisions. My salary level has always been competitive and sometimes appraisals gave me a higher increment than I expected. What I liked most was that I could talk to my manager openly without fear of any consequences and things were taken quite positively.
