Excellent Work Environment - Director of Delivery Nagarro Employee Review

I love being part of Nagarro. I joined the company six months ago and I wonder why I didn’t join it earlier. What I like about Nagarro – they are employee friendly, provide ample learning opportunities, I love the town halls and small notes by company CEO, good food in the cafeteria, no plastic (company is serious about environmental issues), employees are not treated as head counts but as human beings, generous appraisal , transparency , all the support staff like HR, Operations, Mobility group is extremely friendly and accessible, core value (CARING) is really followed
