Pros
I will admit I had some initial doubts when I was contacted, and found that Nagarro is an Indian company. I'd had some bad experiences in the past with "outsourcing companies" as a customer. I'm sure glad I did, because these are some of the brightest, hardest-working people I've ever had the pleasure of working with. And on top of that, everyone goes out of their way to foster a team atmosphere. While I felt especially welcome during my trip to India, there's always been a sense of comradery that's made my time here really great. If you're into technology in any capacity (you don't need to be a coder to do well here, I'm not), and want an environment where you can work hard, yet have work-life balance, and all the while create some really great results for your clients, you owe it to yourself to give Nagarro a look.
Cons
There are some benefits, mostly in the area of training and "birds-of-a-feather"-type gatherings, that occur offshore. So these are difficult for on-site personnel to take advantage of except through recorded webinars and the like.
