      Pros

      1. Good Work in technical perspective. 2. Slightly above average salary than service based companies. 3. Better projects and visibility to ground workers(Dev and Testers).

      Cons

      1. Salary increment is bound to a bracket. 2. Since past 3 years its not the pay master and have lost its glowing culture of high pay and high increment now its just another service based company with a good past record.

      Pros

      Very flexible and good for work/life balance. Insurance is fully paid for by the company and doesn’t come out of your check which is a pro.

      Cons

      For this position, your employment only goes as far as billable hours go. If they are running low on projects, they will give you a 2 weeks notice to look for a project within the company and HR claims they will help you, but in my experience they did not.
