Pros
Flexible Timing. Some new managers don't have much knowledge of proprietary technology like hybris. so you can easily fool them (provide you know the technology very well :P). you don't have to work more to impress them just maintain a good rapport.( key of high appraisal).
Cons
Hybris training very bad. Top managements and TL's are less skilled. lack of management (sometimes have to work day-night at the last moment of delivery)
