Company is taking advantage of employees during these hard times. They cut our salaries by 12% on a promise to keeping bench affloat(still they fired some). Now even the outside hiring begins, and things are back to normal, they refused to discontinue salary cuts. Our appraisals are delayed by 6 months as well. They are benefitting from corona situation as: They have money to sponsor stupid races in Germany and a singer no one listens to. They have money to build a huge building in center of Gurgaon. They have money to cover cost of new logo and new website. They are saving huge infrastructure lease cost. But they don't have money to give employees what is rightfully theirs. THIS IS GREED IN ALL LANGUAGES.
