Your hard work definitely gets recognized. 3. Continuous learning and skill set refinement through trainings/ Nagarro university 4. Flexible in all sense - in CTC restructure, in project selection, in office timings etc
Cons
1. HRs take ages to respond unless F2F as a result of which a new joinee (unless he settles down) struggles a lot to gather minute information. 2. Work pressure is too much but again this depends from project to project.
