      A progressive yet responsible company that truly understands and respects the meaning of the word " partnership". Our customers success is the benchmark for our own! This admirable philosophy and subsequent company-wide effort(s) starts at the very top.

      Employee Stock Options would be a nice option

      Thanks for leaving this response. I feel the exact same way. We do measure our success in terms of how successful we make our customers. I can say that it has been a pleasure working with you all the while you have been here. I can't comment on stock options being the future or not - as I don't know. What I know (and you know as well) is that Nagarro is off to the moon. We are going to make it big and personal successes will come for everyone along with the success of Nagarro.

      Pros

      Very flexible and good for work/life balance. Insurance is fully paid for by the company and doesn’t come out of your check which is a pro.

      Cons

      For this position, your employment only goes as far as billable hours go. If they are running low on projects, they will give you a 2 weeks notice to look for a project within the company and HR claims they will help you, but in my experience they did not.
