Let me thank you for taking the time to leave a review here on Glassdoor. We strongly believe in having a very flat organization where everyone is approachable and there is a feeling of "working with" rather than "working for" across the board. Therefore, it is always good to see that whenever a colleague lists that as a strength of the company - it tells us that we are doing something right. With respect to your comment about work-life balance, I know that, on average, the number of hours spent by folks in Nagarro is not more than 45-50 hours per week. There are always some tough times in a project life cycle when you have to crank it up (or sometimes projects which are just tough) - but that is pretty much the industry norm, IMO. If you feel that you are having to repeatedly spend more time than you would like to, then I suggest that you definitely talk to someone - either in delivery management or in HR. You should of course also try to get some insight into why so much extra time is being required in your project from your project leader. Once again, I thank you for your time. If you have any other input, specific things that you think we can do better, please feel encouraged to reach out to HR or senior management. We would like nothing better.

Pros

Very flexible and good for work/life balance. Insurance is fully paid for by the company and doesn’t come out of your check which is a pro.

Cons

For this position, your employment only goes as far as billable hours go. If they are running low on projects, they will give you a 2 weeks notice to look for a project within the company and HR claims they will help you, but in my experience they did not.
